Colleen Shaler
Paralegal
Colleen Shaler is a national and state certified and registered paralegal with 20 years of experience in personal injury and criminal law. She started her career at a prominent Stuart law firm working in the areas of personal injury, medical malpractice, and employment discrimination. Over the years, has gravitated toward small law offices for the reward of closer client relationships and working as a team player for the benefit of both the client and the firm. She oversees and manages all personal injury cases which are in active litigation and assists with criminal and personal injury trials.

Colleen is a Martin County native and loves outdoor activities. In her time off, she enjoys boating, fishing, bicycling, walking and spending time with her husband, daughters and five grandchildren.
Christie Less
Paralegal
Christie Less is a Florida Registered Paralegal with years of experience working on personal injury cases. She began her profession assisting injured clients at a workers’ compensation law firm in Des Moines, Iowa while her husband was attending law school. Once her and her husband moved back to Florida, Christie began working with one of the largest personal injury law firms in South Florida. After years of working with a big law firm, she decided she wanted closer and more personal relationships with her clients. Our firm was fortunate to persuade Christie to come work with our personal injury team where she manages all prelitigation matters and assists with cases that are in suit.
Christie was born and raised in Daytona Beach. She enjoys outdoor activities, traveling when possible, reading historical fiction, and spending time with her family.
Arianne Scandariato
Legal Assistant
Arianne is our firm’s Legal Assistant who manages all of our criminal defense cases and assists with our personal injury clients. Arianne is native Floridian from Jupiter and we were fortunate to have her join our firm in 2018. She enjoys being part of a firm that focuses on helping clients navigate difficult legal issues to obtain the best outcome. She is great with people and has developed relationships within the legal community and court system which has tremendously helped us effectively advocate for our client’s rights.
When not at work, she enjoys gardening, hiking, and teaching her son about the local flora and fauna.
